Before reading this, I invite you to take a
pause with me.
Place your feet on the ground (kick off your shoes, if you'd like to) and sit up tall.
Take a long slow breath in and a long slow breath out. Repeat three times.
Before founding The Pause Before I worked as an employment lawyer in the corporate world for over 15 years: fast paced, exciting, competitive, demanding and at times stressful.
I noticed that the faster life became, the more yoga I did to simply pause, before taking my next step, whether it was finding a creative solution to a problem, juggling competing demands or dealing with a difficult situation.
During my yoga teacher and yoga therapy training, I discovered many simple techniques, which were invaluable for concentration and decision making, creativity, stress relief, empowerment, energy levels, sleep, well-being and empowerment. I used these at work and at home and noticed how much they helped me. I began to share these with friends and colleagues who wished that they had known about them earlier.
My passion is to share these techniques with you to help you find your pause, to live the life you want to lead and have more time for the things and people that matter.
